Nukote FR is a fast set, Class 1 fire-rated, multi component, 1:1, 100% solids, hot liquid applied, modified polyurea liner system for wood, metal, concrete, fibreglass and other substrates. Nukote FR is designed as a fire rated membrane and also performs well in anticorrosion and waterproofing applications on steel, concrete, and many other substrates. Nukote FR can be applied at temperatures ranging from-22° to 250° F (-30° to 120° C). Nukote FR displays excellent fire resistance properties, chemical resistance, and thermal stability and UV resistance. Nukote FR exhibits very good resistance to aggressive termites. Its moisture insensitivity makes it suitable for application on wooden utility poles.

Nukote ALU-FR is high solids, aliphatic, single component, liquid applied, moisture cured, fire rated urethane topcoat for polyurea or polyurethane or hybrid elastomeric waterproofing membranes. Nukote ALU-FR may be used as a standalone coating in light duty applications over primed wood, metal, concrete and asphalt. It offers good flexibility, color stability and weather resistance

NUKOTE AL® is NCSI’s multipurpose high performance aliphatic polyurea designed and developed to perform well for anticorrosion and waterproofing applications on steel, concrete, and many other substrates requiring high degree of UV and color stability. This coating is extremely color stable and displays excellent UV weathering characteristics, chemical resistance, high abrasion resistance, and gloss retention property. It is a two-component, 100% solids, pure polyurea that significantly reduces the moisture problems that commonly cause pin holing and blistering in most polyurethane, polyurethane-hybrid and other organic coating systems. . Nukote AL can be textured easily for antiskid purposes. The product has very good moisture permeation resistance and performs as an excellent barrier coating. Nukote AL provides excellent adhesion to most substrates when used with a suitable Nukote primer.
